If I was going to buy condo anywhere this country would be Perdido Key Florida. There are few reasons. Number one there are awfully few hotels the area so you can rent them out. The view on the shoreline just delightful over the Gulf Mexico. You are close to both Alabama & Florida & even Mississippi.

I previously traveled to this area for the Mullet Toss. It beach party where people throw fish from Florida to the Alabama line. It was incredible beach party with lot stuff to do. The thing I love about this area so relaxed. You can go everywhere just bathing suit or t shirt. You dont need to be all fancied up to go out to dine.

If you are looking to travel to this area you are going to rent condo. There plainly are no hotels this city I am conscious of. Everything there vacation rentals. This not unpleasant thing because you can fact get nice place right on the beach with balcony for less than you can get hotel room.

There are many property managers run the condos so if you are looking for an investment this great place to invest. You can by condo & then take vacation to for few weeks few times year. Then the other 48+ weeks you can rent out like hotel room by hiring one these property management firms.

The only competition you have other condo owners. This allows you to travel free & you can actually depreciate the cost the condo over time since an investment property.

There are some tips though if you can invest & you are just traveling to the area. Most the hotel websites rent hotels also rent condos the area just like hotel rooms. You can save lot money by simply getting condo this way.

Simply visit discount hotel site & search for Perdido Key Florida & book yourself one those beach front condos. Keep mind they are STILL rebuilding form mutilation Hurricane Ivan. It still just beautiful place to stay.
